Deep forming, bending, cold forming moulds, weldıng fixtures and welding apparatus being produced after going through from following stages.

We prepare the three dimension mathematical model of moulds, fixtures and apparatus with computer assistance.
NC depart prepares moulds pants’ designs and production order and sends instructions to CNC milling machines
Moulds being milled with exreme care in CNC machines
Surfaces of produced parts will be cleaned, polished and assambled
Test production of newly produced moulds on press machines
Welding fixtures and apparatus assembly and welding completed accuratemeasurements completed

-Test production and finally, painting

If the moulds’ materıals are to be made from cast materials according to sheet metal’s surface form (such as, steel, castiron, amko) prior to actual production in necerrary we prepare styrofoam model for maths drawings.Casting works will be done wıth styroform models in casting shops.
Our firm is capable to prepare and produce any types and shapes of any mould sets within the max. Metal forming limits in the specs. We are determined for production quality our 35 years of experience and our rich sources of references are our assets.
